During the holiday season, Disney World transforms into a winter wonderland! Check out the famous Gingerbread House at the Grand Floridian and the elaborate Christmas trees throughout the parks and hotels.

Special Events: Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays are signature events during this season. These events feature special parades, holiday-themed shows, and exclusive entertainment.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event that offers guests a festive and magical experience with a holiday-themed celebration including a snow-filled holiday parade, live stage shows, and a spectacular fireworks display set to holiday music. Guests can also enjoy special character meet-and-greets with Disney characters dressed in their holiday attire.

During the International Festival of the Holidays, guests can explore the World Showcase, where each country pavilion showcases its unique holiday traditions, music, and cuisine. During the Festival of the Arts, EPCOT is transformed into a colorful celebration of creativity, featuring art installations, galleries, workshops, culinary treats and opportunities to meet and interact with artists.

At the International Flower & Garden Festival, guests can wander through landscaped areas adorned with Disney topiaries, and attend informative gardening demonstrations. The festival also boasts outdoor kitchens presenting a diverse array of fresh and flavorful dishes.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that takes place at the Magic Kingdom park in Walt Disney World Resort during the Halloween season. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes while the Magic Kingdom is transformed into a spooktacular Halloween-themed celebration including a parade, trick-or-treating, stage shows, special character meet-and-greets, and fireworks display.

During the International Food & Wine Festival, EPCOT's World Showcase is transformed into a global tasting marketplace. Visitors can explore kiosks representing different countries and regions, each offering unique and diverse dishes, desserts, and beverages. runDisney is a series of race events hosted by Disney at various Disney theme parks around the world. These events combine the magic of Disney with the thrill of running, offering participants a unique and entertaining race experience. runDisney races cater to runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced marathoners, and often include various race distances, such as 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and full marathons. Throw on a costume and have some fun!
